Janson Requist is a paralegal at our law firm, primarily assisting with litigation cases and corporate transactions. Janson is passionate about using the law to provide relief to those who are threatened and to construct clarity in a world full of opportunities and risks.
Born and raised in Colorado, Janson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Colorado Christian University. Janson graduated summa cum laude from CCU in 2021 and was named Valedictorian of the class of 2021. While at CCU, Janson competed in moot court for four years, and he placed second in the country at the American Moot Court Association’s 2019 and 2021 national championships.
After graduating from CCU, Janson joined our firm and quickly found his niche in the areas of litigation and transactional law. In these areas, Janson assists our clients and attorneys by drafting various documents, researching legal questions, providing administrative support, and interfacing with parties.
Janson is committed to improving his legal skillset so that he can provide the best possible support to our clients. In October 2022, Janson passed a series of exams to become a Certified Paralegal, and in March 2023 he became credentialed by the National Association of Legal Assistants as an Advanced Certified Paralegal with a specialization in criminal litigation.
During his free time, Janson loves exploring the beautiful Colorado outdoors with his wife Courtney and rambunctious dog Zeke. Most weekends, you can find them camping, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking 14ers, or kayaking.
